Cauliflower is one of the most important vegetable crops in India. Cauliflower consists of high-quality protein & vitamin c. It also a rich source of minerals such as potassium, sodium, iron, calcium & magnesium.

Indian states that produce cauliflowers are Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Bihar, Gujarat, Odisha & Karnataka.

Cauliflower can grow in a diverse range of climatic conditions in temperate, subtropics & tropical parts. Cauliflower can be grown on all types of soils which has good fertility & regime.
